Gardener’s Cottage

Gardener's Cottage opens directly into an open-plan ground floor where the living space, dining area and kitchen flow together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; the sitting room has patio doors that lead out to a private garden with seating and a terrace. Beyond that, the grounds encompass woodland and shared access to a tennis court and golf course. One bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower are on this level. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—another with a king-size bed and its own shower room, and a twin room with two single beds.

The cottage sleeps six and comes with essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi included. One well-behaved pet stays free. Private parking is available for three cars. Non-smoking only. The location sits within the Tower of Lethendy estate near Perth and Kinross, a working property where the cottage was formerly the gardener's house. It suits families or groups wanting countryside access without being remote from towns, though the estate setting itself is quiet.
