West Lodge

The stone cottage has been renovated throughout and comes with the run of shared recreational facilities: a six-hole golf course (bring your own clubs) and a tennis court. The setting suits families or groups wanting space, outdoor activity, and a retreat from busier surroundings.

The property sleeps six across two bedrooms—one double and two singles upstairs—with two bathrooms and a shower room on the ground floor. Downstairs holds a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and access to a garden with furniture and a barbecue. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is private parking for two cars on site. One dog is welcome; a travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed. No smoking inside.

The estate is private, with some areas off-limits to guests. Expect to be among a handful of other visitors rather than in a busy holiday park. Perth town is the nearest centre for shops and restaurants if you venture beyond the grounds.
