About Ballathie Country House Hotel and Estate
Ballathie Country House Hotel and Estate is a turreted Victorian mansion set within its own grounds at Kinclaven, near Stanley, in Perth and Kinross. The house retains a traditional country character, with 41 rooms spread across a building built for grand estate living rather than uniform hotel corridors.
Rooms come with drinks provided and air conditioning, and the hotel offers free WiFi throughout along with breakfast to start the day. There's a bar for evenings, a garden to explore, and meeting rooms alongside a wedding venue for those planning events on site. Pets are welcome, and free on-site parking, along with airport transfers, makes arrival straightforward. Luggage storage is available for guests wanting to explore before or after their stay.
The estate setting near Perth suits those after a quieter base, with scenic grounds forming the immediate draw rather than a town-centre location. It works equally well as a wedding venue, a meeting spot away from the city, or simply a peaceful stop in Perthshire countryside.
