Garry Cottage

Garry Cottage works well for families or groups of up to six looking for a base in Perthshire. The three bedrooms—one double and two pairs of singles—sit on the ground floor along with a living and dining space, kitchen, bathroom and separate shower room. Everything is on one level, which matters if anyone has mobility concerns or young children in tow. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered; the kitchen has what you need to cook properly, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Pitlochry itself is within walking distance for shops, pubs and restaurants. The River Tummel runs a few minutes away, famous among anglers. An 18-hole golf course sits on the edge of town with valley views; cycling and walking trails crisscross the area, with chances to spot deer and red squirrels. Glenshee ski resort is an hour's drive, and the Festival Theatre draws visitors year-round. The cottage has private parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with seating. One dog stays free. Note there are two steps into the garden.
