Grantully Cottage sits within two acres of ancient woodland on the Edradynate Estate, a few hundred yards from the River Tay. The detached former estate building has been modernised while keeping original character—a range cooker anchors the kitchen, and two living rooms offer an open fire and a piano respectively. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and the second has two bunks with trundle beds beneath, each room served by its own shower room and toilet downstairs.
Red deer graze the clearing in front of the cottage, red squirrels are visible from the windows, and owls hunt at dawn and dusk. The Tay itself is close enough for fly fishing (permits available locally), with walking routes running east to Strathtay and west towards Aberfeldy. Loch Tay lies eight miles west; the Cairngorms National Park is fifteen miles north. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage is non-smoking, and there is parking on site.
