Heathergems Apartment is a two-bedroom first-floor flat in Pitlochry, accessed via an external staircase with 15 steps. The layout gives you a double bed in one room and two singles in the other, plus a shower room with heated towel rail. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space has large windows framing the surrounding countryside, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook properly—electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included; private parking fits one car.

Pitlochry itself sits between wooded hills and the River Tummel, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Blair Athol distillery is close by for tours and tastings. The area is built for walkers of all abilities—gentle riverside routes along the Tummel, or steeper climbs like Ben Vrackie if you want wider views. Autumn transforms the landscape with vivid colour.
