Lower Oakfield is a peaceful residential spot with hills rising around Pitlochry, and Ardvane Bed & Breakfast makes good use of the setting with garden and mountain views from its grounds. It's an easy walk down to the main street, so you get the quiet outlook without losing convenience.
There are six rooms, each en-suite with free WiFi and drinks provided, and mornings start with a freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Outside there's a garden with seating for warmer days, plus free on-site parking, luggage storage, laundry service and 24 hour reception for whenever you arrive.

Best bed and breakfast. Great selection of food for breakfast and the fry up was amazing. Very close to the main town center with food, buses, shopping. This is all within walking distance from the train station. Our room had a tv with Netflix and whatnot. Full wireless internet. Highly recommend

Had a lovely weekend here. Location is great; convenient distance from the station, shops and places to eat and as a starting point for walks. The proprietor was very welcoming. Room was very comfortable and had a great view. Nice selection of teas and coffees and breakfast items available. It was very clean throughout. Good value for money too. Would stay here again, definitely

Amazing service and they really went above and beyond. They accommodated all requests with ease and no hesitation. It felt like a home away from home with a great breakfast awaiting you in the morning. Car space provided was easy to park in and the BnB itself is well located. Would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed my stay here! I had just finished a 10+ mile hike and dinner with friends and checked into here. It was easy to get to and my solo room was comfortable. Service was excellent, as I was personally greeted upon my check in, and the custom cooked breakfast the next morning was awesome and delicious, all before continuing my road trip north. I highly recommend Ardvane Bed & Breakfast!
