This single-storey cottage dates from the early 1800s and retains period character throughout. Ground-floor living means everything is accessible without stairs—the sitting room has a woodburner and smart TV, the bedroom holds a double bed, and the bathroom combines a bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with firewood for the stove.
Honeysuckle sits in Luncarty village, where a shop stands within walking distance. A private enclosed garden with patio and furniture occupies the back, and parking for two cars is on site. The location works well for couples exploring Perthshire: Loch Tummel and Pitlochry are an hour north, Dunkeld and its artisan shops lie south, and Perth's museums, shops and restaurants are nearby. Those who fish will find the Tay close by; golfers have Rosemount in Blairgowrie and courses at Dunkeld and Gleneagles within reach. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. One dog or cat may stay at no extra cost.
