Nice hotel with a notably friend welcome. Huge beds. Plenty of parking and close to the A9, so great for a stop over while travelling. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

We had a decent and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express Perth. The hotel offers good value for money, and everything was well maintained and clean. A special mention to Anna, the team leader, who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was attentive, helpful, and ensured our experience was smooth from check-in to departure. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly suitable for a short stay. The breakfast was also worth the price, with a good variety to start the day well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good option if you’re visiting Perth and looking for comfort at a reasonable price.

Have stayed here before so an easy choice to make for accommodation when visiting Perth recently. Reception staff were excellent, breakfast was plentiful and included with room price. Only negative was the window in our room (207) wouldn't close properly letting a cold wind and noise into the room. Hopefully we'll have a better sleep the next time we visit.
