Komugi House

Everything here works at full stretch. The kitchen comes with induction cooking, a combi microwave-oven-grill, wine cooler and dishwasher—the setup for feeding a large group without fuss. Electricity and heating are included; so are bed linen, towels and wi-fi. A travel cot and highchair are on hand if needed. The games room has table tennis and a games console. Outside, the hot tub holds five people, the garden has a barbecue and seating, and there is private parking for four cars plus an EV charger.

The house itself is a converted steading with stone walls and vaulted ceilings, redesigned to sit four bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors. Upstairs, an open-plan living and dining space with smart TV frames the Perthshire countryside through large windows. Ground floor bedrooms include two singles, a super king and a kingsize with sofa bed; upstairs has two more super kings. Each bedroom has an ensuite or shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A study on the ground floor has a sofa bed too. The utility room contains washing machine and tumble dryer.

This suits families or groups wanting space, a proper kitchen and outdoor hot water. One dog is welcome free of charge. No smoking throughout.
