North Lodge

North Lodge works well for families needing space without stairs, or small groups after a weekend in rural Perthshire. The three bedrooms—two doubles with en-suite showers and a twin—sleep six across one ground floor. There's a bathroom with a bath and shower for shared use, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area gives everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. One dog stays free, and there's an enclosed garden where they can run around.

The cottage sits on the edge of Forgandenny village, between the Rivers Earn and Tay. Perth itself is a short drive for shopping and eating out. The Museum and galleries are there if you want them; Scone Palace is close by for a day out. Fishing and riverside walks are on your doorstep. You arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am. Parking for three cars on site. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. No smoking inside.
