Princeland Cottages - Princeland Lodge

This detached lodge occupies ground-floor level only, making it straightforward to navigate. Inside, an open-plan living and dining space connects to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave and the basics for self-catering. Two bedrooms sleep three: one with a three-quarter double bed, one with a single. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Heating and the essentials—linen, towels, wi-fi—are included.

The real draw is outside. A private rear garden has seating and a barbecue. Beyond that, the grounds extend into woodland that can be explored by arrangement with the owner. The property sits on the edge of Coupar Angus itself, a working farming town with a few shops, a restaurant, hotel and pub within walking distance. Red squirrels, roe deer and various woodland birds inhabit the grounds; the gardens change through the seasons from snowdrops and daffodils in spring to the wider landscape beyond. There is one parking space on site. No smoking inside, and electric vehicle charging is not available.
