Walk through the front door of Reidochie and you step into a self-contained cottage with real character. The ground floor opens into a hall connecting the kitchen, dining room, and two sitting areas – one with a Smart TV, one quieter for reading. Upstairs, a study overlooks the grounds, two bedrooms hold super king beds that can be configured as twins, and a shower room with heated towel rail completes the layout. The kitchen has an Aga and everything needed for cooking; bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with heating throughout.
This is the former coach house to Princeland House, restored with period details – sash windows, high ceilings, tongue and groove panelling – but furnished with modern comfort. Outside, a private courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ sits to the front; there's off-road parking for two cars and a bike store. The wider grounds offer walking space and seasonal planting, from early snowdrops through to autumn perennials. Red squirrels, roe deer and various bird species move through the gardens. The location suits anyone wanting a quiet base within reach of Perthshire – Blairgowrie and Coupar Angus are nearby. Children under 8 cannot be accommodated, and smoking is not permitted inside.
