The Bothy

The Bothy sits in hill country near the Crook of Devon, surrounded by the Ochil, Lomond, Benarty and Cleish ranges with Loch Leven at the centre. Kinross is five miles away. A pub lies within walking distance. The cottage itself is a restored steading with everything on one level—two bedrooms, a shower room, and a combined living and dining space with a kitchen. One bedroom has a king and a single bed; the other has a double and a single. The garden faces towards the hills, furnished and ready to use. Off-road parking fits two cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. You can also ask to use the owner's washing machine and freezer. A cot and highchair are available on request. The Bothy is for non-smokers and sleeps up to six. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
