Best Western Queens Hotel Perth

I can't speak for the rooms, food or facilities at this hotel this hotel, but I found myself in an unfamiliar area and really needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, I happened to walk past this hotel. As soon as I stepped near the entrance, a security guard immediately stood up and approached me in a very confrontaional manner. He was quite intimidating—no smile, no greeting, just a cold stare like I’d trespassed on private property. I politely asked if I could use the restroom and was bluntly told “no.” I completely understand that some places have policies restricting bathroom use to guests only, but honestly, there’s no need to be so rude about it. The interaction was unnecessarily cold and unwelcoming, which, to me, says a lot about the kind of experience one might have here.

It looks nicer externally than I was anticipating. The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean and housekeeping come daily. The sauna, steam room and pool were wonderful. Absolutely cannot say anything bad about the changing rooms. The whole place is out dated though. My bathroom had an avocado bathroom suite and the tiles are from the 80's (was clean, however) and the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise. It was fine for a short stay but the only thing that redeemed the price was the fact there is a pool otherwise you'd find nicer for less. I paid £126 for two nights. Most of the staff I met were lovely.

We spent 3 nights in the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. It was a misery, my husband and I hated having to stay there. We asked for a change, but we're told they were full. This was in the cottages behind the hotel. I wrote to our tour operator and suggested they never book those rooms again. The rest of the property was very nice and the location was fantastic.Service & food were good. Inverness, Scotland

Nice experience. Had a nice time. In the bedrooms it was on a bit of a slant (especially in the bathroom). The breakfast and dinner was really nice but there wasn't a good table in the room. Beds were nice and comfy. I didn't use the gym or pool but they looked nice. The lift was very small but it went fast between floors. Looked fancy and was heated nicely. It was a relaxing stay there.
