We ended up at Woodlea Guest House unexpectedly after our motorcycle broke down and we had to change our plans. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the very first moment, James made us feel calm and welcome. While we were waiting for roadside assistance, he went out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and genuine hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and received lots of great tips about Perth and the surrounding area. James is a fantastic host and Woodlea Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth. Thank you, James! Greetings from the Netherlands!

Brilliant location. Short walk to town centre. James was an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. Room very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast lovely. Will definitely stay again.

Well well well ...... Owner opened the door to greet us. Recognised James straight away. Both brought up in Whitburn. What's the chances? Even better his lovely sister that I've known for years was there too. It's a small world 🌎 Spotless. Comfortable. Quiet. Excellent location and breakfast was delicious, thanks to Linda. The owner, James, is a fantastic host. Extremely helpful and cooks a great breakfast. Great location. Beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. Highly recommend. Thank you James and Paul for putting yourselves out to make our stay fabulous.
