I don't recommend it. I called ten minutes before arriving and they said it was available, but when I arrived they said it wasn't and I'd have to wait four hours. This is crazy! Why didn't the receptionist tell me that? You should think carefully before you go. It's not worth it. I came back with my crying child. When I told the receptionist I'd called before arriving, he lied and said, "Oh, it was full seven minutes ago." This is a lie.

Freedie is an absolute asset to the gym. He is always helpful, keeps the place spotless, and is consistently seen cleaning and making sure everything is in great condition. He’s friendly, approachable, and always happy to help whenever you need it. What really stands out is how he takes the time to get to know the members, which makes the gym feel welcoming and supportive. Highly appreciated!

I was a member and re joined after the refurbishment. The previous set up was much better. The weight section is too cramped and the cardio section also. And some of the machines in the cardio section do not function properly. A good gym gone down!

Changing rooms stink. Very unclean, used to swim here myself regularly. But for the last couple of years the hygiene has declined rapidly. Swimming school is also over subscribed. Too many children in a class.
