Staff was amazing!! They were friendly and full of good tips to enjoy the area. I Love that John valet parked the car for us in their tiny lot. Breakfast was made to order and super yummy! Room was lovely and super clear (I wish I could get my shower glass that sparkly clear!!).

This location was fantastic right in centre of town, was a quick five minute walk to the Heartland festival. Service was great, lots of information given on arrival. Room was lovely and clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, very well catered for nothing was too much. Would definitely book to stay again, next time we are up in Pitlochry.

Lovely B &B in Pitlochry. Rooms were very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious! Very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for one night on Friday 6th March 2026 My partner and I passed through Pitlochry a couple of weeks ago en route to Aberdeen. We made a promise to ourselves to return for another visit and include an overnight stay. Having looked extensively on Google maps at reviews we went with the Rosehill guest house for our overnight stay. Suffice to say, it not only lived up to our expectations, it exceeded them… from the moment we arrived we were met with a cheerful and friendly welcome from the host. Discussing many things from the shopping experience encountered at Costco, to our shared birth country (Royal county of Berkshire). The room was spacious, and bright. The heating was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was roomy, and the shower was hot and powerful. The room was absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time there. A special mention must also go out to the breakfast. A large choice of cereals, pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruits, herbal teas, and coffees await the guests. Not only can you indulge upon the food there, you are also offered several freshly cooked dishes. Most notable of these are the full Scottish, and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. I look forward to returning here in the near future. Thank you again for your hospitality.
