Elliott Terrace Room Apartment 2 is a self-contained one-bedroom flat in Plymouth's historic Barbican, sleeping three. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a dining section and kitchen, where you can prepare meals using a combi microwave, oven and grill. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and there is a shower room with a cubicle shower. A sofa bed in the living area provides the third sleeping space. Essentials including wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity are covered, and the heating is electric central. One parking permit comes with the property; additional spaces can be arranged if needed.
The flat occupies a Victorian Italianate building in an unrivalled location close to the Hoe, with the Barbican's cobbled streets, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short walk away. The Hoe itself has the famous esplanade and outdoor lido, and is a focal point for visitors exploring Devon's coast. No smoking is permitted, and you will need to manage three steps to the main entrance. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

me and my partner recently stayed in one of the apartments, its was okay for what we needed it for as we were only staying 2 nights. there was blood on the wardrobe, no shelf in the shower, the shower flooded after use, missing chunk from skirting board

A great location for access to The Hoe, Barbican and City centre. Parking is on the street but conveniently close if booked (the apartment manager arranged that, which was great). There are a few restaurants nearby too, if you're not looking for the crowds.

Fantastic apartment with some nice touches like milk in the fridge and dishwasher tabs. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet location with a nice view to the Cross On The Hoe. We slept well. The allocated parking space was perfect. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We will return.
