A fantastic, last minute stay. At the Derry Premier Inn. PLYMOUTH. Caitlin, Poppy and Mash. Where the Staff, That had nothing but welcoming, professional attitude. As being an ex development chef for major companies. I had nothing but the best service and comfortable experience, from the staff to the cleanliness,and the comfortable bed and the room. I went downstairs, this morning. Again to be welcomed by the morning staff. They all should be recognised, and rewarded for the above and beyond professionalism. I will definitely stay here, anytime I'm in plymouth

On arrival, we waited at least 5 minutes before any staff were visible to allow us to check in. The room itself was good and clean, but the bed was incredibly loud. Everytime we moved it made a very loud noise and would wake us up. When we came down for breakfast we waiting around 10 minutes with no staff around. We decided to just sit down and have breakfast as no one was coming to seat us and tick our names off. No staff present for pretty much the whole of breakfast with nothing being topped up.

The rooms at this Premier Inn are particularly nice compared to others — and I’ve stayed in quite a few! My evening meal was fine, just as you’d expect. Generous portion sizes! I was served by a very friendly chap called Mash, and he and a young lady named Caitlin made sure I had everything I needed. Great service — thanks, guys! I would definitely stay here again.

Our 1st time at premier inn and what a find . We had booked in to go to a show at the theatre Royal. What a brilliant location opposite the theatre. A great welcome from the receptionist, our room 108 was spotless. A lovely hot shower really big bath sheets . Breakfast was lovely lots of choice 😋 we have booked another show and we are booking up to stay again 😀 A big thank you too Leo, Rinson, on the night shift who were still there this morning with a smile on thier face 😀 and a shout out to Nicola who cooked our lovely breakfast 😀 thank you again for a great stay .See you soon .Kind regards Karen and Lorraine Dean xx the photo is of our room taken from the theatre.
