Bevan House

Hundred House sits in open countryside where the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meets the Brecon Beacons National Park. The village location puts you within reach of walking and cycling routes through rolling terrain, with a pub just 300 yards away. Llandrindod Wells, a historic spa town, lies 7 miles off; Rhayader and the Elan Valley dams are 16 miles further. The Royal Welsh Showground is 5 miles south if you're visiting during events.

Bevan House is a detached property renovated in 2022, sleeping seven across three bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs holds a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two with zip-and-link beds that can split into singles, one with bunks—plus a shower room with walk-in enclosure. A utility room houses washer-dryer and freezer. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. Logs for the woodburner are provided.

Outside, a private hot tub sits in an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. An external games room has a pool table. Private parking fits three cars, and a bike store is on site. The house does not permit smoking. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.
