This former farmhouse underwent complete renovation in 2022 and sits just outside Talgarth in Powys, within reach of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. The building combines period character with modern comfort: underfloor heating runs throughout, and the ground floor centres on a well-equipped kitchen with island, dining space, and a living room featuring a woodburner and Smart TV. A utility room handles laundry, and there's a separate toilet downstairs.

Upstairs are four bedrooms across different sizes. The main bedroom has a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (configurable as two singles) and an ensuite with walk-in shower. A second zip-and-link kingsize bedroom and two further rooms—one with bunk beds and one with a day bed plus pull-out single—complete the first floor, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have USB sockets. The property sleeps 8 in total and comes with bed linen, towels, wi-fi, and the first load of wood for the burner included.

The front garden is enclosed with seating and furniture; parking is provided for three cars on site. One dog stays free. Talgarth itself is less than a mile away, home to a pub and independent shops along stone-lined streets, and well positioned for walking the national park or visiting during the town's annual May walking festival. No smoking throughout the property.
