Just returned home after an amazing stay at this hidden gem of a campsite. The site is in a beautiful Black Mountains valley near the start of the spectacular Dragon's Back Ridge walk. The pitches are a really generous size and the nearest neighbouring tent was a good 40 metres away. Showers and toilets are great and there is even a sauna with an ice cold plunge bucket to cool off afterwards. Will 100% be returning...

Decided to drop in on the way to Brecon to try the Sauna. Private sauna was excellent and perfect for 3 but could fit 6 comfortably. Warm and friendly welcome, private changing area and sauna was perfect temp with option to increase - coupled with the plunge 'bucket' great contrast and invigorating. Would defo return, great value and relaxing!

Just wow! Most beautiful campsite view I have ever had. Pirdie was amazing and we even opted for a private workshop which was so fun and we learnt so much, left feeling inspired. If you are looking for somewhere to leave behind the stress of modern day and reconnect with nature this is the place for you.

We stayed at Cwmffrwd Farm Campsite for a long weekend over the summer. Wow, what a spot! The views are amazing and the site is organised so well. There is plenty of space and it doesn't feel overcrowded. The owners are so helpful, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area - Whether you are into horse riding, mountain biking or hill walking, this place makes the perfect base. Will definitely come again!
