Pipistrelle

Builth Wells and Hay-on-Wye are within easy reach, as is the Elan Valley with its reservoirs and walking routes. The Royal Welsh Showground hosts events year-round nearby. A shop, pub and restaurant sit just a mile away. Pipistrelle is a sympathetically converted former coach house designed for two people, with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; a basket of logs for the wood burner comes with the booking.

Downstairs is open plan: a living area with a wood burner and 32" TV, a dining space, and a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The bedroom upstairs contains a king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. A decked sitting area with garden furniture and barbecue overlooks rolling countryside. There is parking for two cars and a bike store on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
