Rural Powys countryside surrounds this converted mill, where the stream that once powered the grinding stones still flows past the garden. The building retains its original character while functioning as self-catering holiday accommodation for groups and families. On-site parking for four cars, a paddock available by arrangement with the owner, and woodland views make this a base for exploring Mid Wales and the Shropshire borders.

Five bedrooms sleep eleven across three floors. The top floor has a kingsize and a zip-and-link twin; the second floor offers another kingsize with an ensuite shower, plus two bunks and a single (both child-only rooms accessed via the same space); a further single is on the ground floor. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets serve the property. The kitchen, on the ground floor with the dining room and a living room featuring a woodburner, has what you need to cook for a group. A utility room with washer-dryer, Wi-Fi throughout, heating, electricity and bed linen are all provided.

Outside, the garden has seating and a barbecue. A games room with table tennis is separate from the main building. One dog is welcome if kept on a lead, given the local sheep farming. The property does not permit smoking. Note that water comes from a borehole, the garden includes a 20-step flight without handrail, and a stream borders the grounds.
