About Premier Inn Preston East
Bluebell Way sits close to the motorway network on the eastern edge of Preston, making Premier Inn Preston East an easy stop for anyone travelling the M6 or M55, while the city centre and Blackpool are both within reach for a day out. Free on-site parking makes arriving by car straightforward, and the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, horse riding and pub options for those staying longer.
The hotel has 67 rooms spread across three floors, all with en-suite bathrooms and drinks-making facilities, plus accessible rooms and a lift for those who need them. The newly decorated Premier Plus rooms come with air conditioning and have been singled out as a step up in comfort, while the standard rooms remain a reliable choice for a clean, spacious stay. A restaurant on site covers breakfast and evening meals, backed by 24-hour reception for late arrivals or early starts.
Staff, particularly those working the restaurant, are consistently described as friendly and willing to help, though service can be slow at busier times. For a straightforward base near the motorway with easy access to Preston and the coast, it does the job well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A truly "Premier" experience at Premier Inn!** 🏨✨ Our stay at **Premier Inn** was exactly what the name promisesa premier experience from start to finish. 😊 We booked well in advance, and throughout the lead-up to our stay, we received friendly reminders and countdown emails, which made us feel welcomed even before we arrived. 📧⏳ Although we reached the hotel late, the check-in process was incredibly smooth. It took less than **5 minutes** to complete the formalities. ⏱️ The reception staff were warm and welcoming, explaining the breakfast options 🍳🥐 and restaurant timings before handing over our room keys. One thing we really appreciated was the security. 🔐 Access to the hotel floors is controlled by key card, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. After settling in, we enjoyed a delicious pizza for dinner. 🍕😋 The next morning, the breakfast buffet offered both **Continental and Full English Breakfast** options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and filling perfect for keeping us energised during the warm summer weather. ☀️☕🥓 The room itself was spotless, comfortable, well-lit, and thoughtfully maintained. 🛏️✨ Although there wasn't any air conditioning, the hotel had provided **two fans**, which did a great job of keeping the room comfortable during the hot weather. 🌬️ A special mention goes to the staff, who were consistently courteous, friendly, and always happy to help. 👏😊 Overall, this is one of the **best budget-friendly hotels** I've stayed in. 💷👍 It offers excellent value for money without compromising on comfort or service. I would happily stay at **Premier Inn** again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and affordable place to stay. 🌟🏨❤️

I stayed at the Preston East Premier Inn on 19th June as a stopover on my way to Edinburgh, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, Ismail at the front desk made our stay feel special. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference. When we went for dinner, we were greeted by Payal, who was equally fantastic. She was polite, attentive, and very accommodating. The meal was excellent and arrived quickly. It was also great to see Ismail helping out in the restaurant — it showed a real sense of teamwork and dedication. The next morning, Payal greeted us again and continued to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. A huge thank you to both Ismail and Payal for making our stay so enjoyable. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly made our visit memorable. 👌

We stopped here as half way between our home and destination. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Manager Tunde who was extremely friendly and welcoming just what you want after a day driving. He allocated us a premier plus room which was extremely comfortable, it felt newly decorated as room was very nice indeed and the bed as always perfect we slept incredibly well! Couldn't fault it. We ate in the restaurant and received amazing service from Payal. She is a lovely warm helpful polite member of staff nothing was too much trouble - and the other staff also were very friendly and efficient too. Tunde came to the table to ask if happy with everything very good customer service. This morning greeted by the delightful Payal still smiling! After a good breakfast we set off - Premier Inn Preston East your staff are all a credit to you. Thank you.

We always enjoyed our stay in Premier Inn. This time, we stayed in Premier Inn Preston East and we booked the Premier Inn Plus room. It didn't disappoint. The room was really spacious. Our little boy was able to run and play around the room. The bed, as always, was very comfortable that we just wanted to stay in bed the whole time. The linens were clean and soft. The entire room and en suite was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, most especially Paulina, who was very helpful. She made sure we were provided with our needs when we asked for it.
