Really enjoyed our meal at Chook Chook. The lamb chops were excellent, the paneer tikka was full of flavour, and the dal makhani was delicious. Everything we ordered was very tasty. The staff were also fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. We'll definitely be back!

When it comes to Indian restaurants, you don’t need to worry about how many stars or anything like that. My advice is, when you walk in, if your senses are overwhelmed with the delicious smell of exotic spices, then you’re in the right place. If you can’t smell anything, then walk out. This place, you get hit with a tidal wave of amazing exotic smelling spices. A long narrow space, comfortable and intimate. It’s designed to look like the inside of a dining cart on a train and it actually does. Nice attention to details to make it look one- once you sit and take it all in. Efficient, professional, quick service. Lovely selection on the menu. Everything we had was top notch in preparation, flavor, and spice. The Cobra beer was exceptionally bland- order another beer. A good crowd on a Wednesday night. I suspect you want to book for weekends. Well worth a visit and repeat.

This was my second time coming here and wow I’m in love. Great vibes, very cosy and intimate and the food is sensational. Good value too and great service. Ketan looked after us so well & we will be returning! 100% recommend. Thanks for the best evening!

Had been wanting and looking for a great curry restaurant that had a proper tandoori chicken and biryanis and I’ve good it. We had a wide selection of dishes from starters and mains. House lamb curry, lamb chops, the works. But the standout plate was the tandoori chicken. I’m heading back just for that!
