What visitors say
REVIEW BASED ON BABY AREA ONLY I came across this softplay via Google and it looked very good. The booking was straight forward. On arrival, a member of staff takes you to a table and explains the kitchen times and the baby shark song to denote 10mins to go. The area for under 3 has a ball pit, some cushions blocks for climbing and a few soft toys. My main concern was this screen which had very intense flashing images going round and round - see video with review. I didn't find this appropriate for the baby area, my daughter is only 9m. I asked a member of staff whether this could be switched off, a very rude and abrupt response followed - "no". I explained that the flashing images was pretty intense, even for an adult. Another member of staff came by and heard the conversation, she did explain a bit more and said it was part of the whole softplay area, but she can try and cover it somehow. I was happy with that solution, however, no one came to do anything about it and I ended up blocking it with some softplay cubes. We decided to move to the baby sensory room instead, even though my baby was having fun in the ball pit. I did not find the baby area suitably set up and hence my low rating.

I've been coming here for the last few years and always have the best time with my now 4 year old son. We also had his birthday party here recently and were blown away by the service. Great food, coffee and always new toys and things to play with. Best soft play around Wycombe 1000% :)

My daughter has been coming here since she was about 5 months old. She’s now nearly 3. Brilliant place, super friendly staff and amazing softplay and role play areas. The food and drink and yummy and my little one always has a super fun time! She always says can we go to the ‘baby shark’ softplay ☺️. The fairly new ball and air area is a brilliant new touch. ✨

I came here for the first time with my 1 year old daughter. It was a hot day (33degs) but inside was cool with loads of fans blowing. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The place has been very well thought out for parents with young and old children and you get a table allocated which was a nice touch for taking breaks from playing. My daughter loved the ballpark and the babies area and there was clearly a lot of imagination that’s gone into the whole thing. We are local so will be back.

Some reviews mention the role-playing areas can be poorly maintained.
