I'm usually a premier inn guy but that's out of the window now. Far more superior experience altogether. Beautiful hotel the minute you walk in. Literally every single member of staff is so helpful and friendly. Then we get to the dining room. Kelcy who I believe is the restaurant manager (maybe more) is the most helpful and friendly lady who goes out of her way to help with whatever your needs are. She literally opened up the restaurant early for us so we could be on our way to an event when we misread the breakfast time. Then there's the breakfast. Chef was lovely and absolutely the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. The scrambled eggs are outstanding! Book here with complete confidence. I'm coming back next year for sure.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. The facilities were good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thank you to Diana and Babsi at breakfast. They were always friendly, attentive, and created a positive start to our day. One area for improvement would be the evening bar service. While the staff were polite, they seemed to need a bit more experience and product knowledge to better assist guests with drinks and recommendations. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

I recently visited the Holiday Inn in High Wycombe while my boyfriend was taking his driving test, and I was VERY impressed. I spent some time in the front waiting area and noticed the place smelt lovely, looked very clean and felt welcoming. The staff were kind and attentive, and the toilets were absolutely spotless!! During the short time I was there, I even noticed a cleaner regularly making rounds to keep everything in perfect condition. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind if I need somewhere to stay locally. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a public place that has been SO clean and well-maintained. Well done to the team at Holiday Inn ☺️

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special mention has to go to Kelcy, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the team really made the visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. The coffee lounge was also excellent, with a lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. It is clear that the staff take pride in looking after their guests. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Great service, friendly staff, and a really pleasant experience from start to finish.
