Turned up after check in, I emailed and called to confirm my late check-in but was met with radio silence. Spent 2 hours at midnight having to talk to local business owners to help me eventually gain access. No replies to my complaint email until I suggested a 1 star review was incoming. Awful service, avoid at all costs.

A really good experience and we were both sad we couldn't stay longer. Spotlessly clean, friendly and welcoming staff, very comfortable beds, very peaceful at night, and all round a great stay.

Had a lovely 2 day break at hotel, big shout out to Jay who made us feel very welcome from when we arrived very attentive, we will be back and hopefully we can get sea view room

Need to get good management , it's a wonderful building with terrible management . The website today said great new menu and there was only crisps on offer ! Your staff are clearly fed up why are you so complacent ? Such a shame , the views are amazing , you have it but you're not using it .
