Apologies for such a late review; the wedding on our son was on 30th October 2025 and I recall that day as one of the happiest days of my life! The wedding reception took place at this hotel and everything was perfect - the staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind and understanding and were able to accommodate wishes of three nationalities: English, Polish and Nigerian. It was an unforgettable day and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Even though it was a few months ago, I keep thinking about all the staff involved in making all of us very comfortable. The surroundings are splendid. From the moment we booked it to the morning when we had to leave it was a pleasure. Once again, I can’t recommend The Roseate enough. Thank you

Great location in the center of reading. Staff were really accommodating and attentive, especially at the breakfast. The 3 course dinner was also expertly prepared. Mr Simon really made our stay comfortable. The private booking for the sauna and steam room were a big plus for us. We would definitely come back if we were to stay in Reading again. Easily a 5 star hotel and arguably the best we've stayed at in the UK.

We recently held our wedding ceremony and stayed at The Roseate Reading, and the entire experience was faultless. From our initial viewing through to the morning of our departure, the team treated us with such genuine care. A special mention must go to Julie, Karman, Louise, and Charmaine. Their management was impeccable! They're highly responsive, incredibly organised with the scheduling and payments, and they handled every fine detail with total professionalism. They went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, ensuring the room layout was perfect and that we felt completely at ease. The hotel itself is stunning, but it is the warmth and dedication of the staff that truly set it apart. Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and the ceremony was everything we hoped for. We couldn't have asked for a better team to trust with our big day.

Booked an Aheli signature massage by Elena, it was incredible! The experience at this spa was amazing from start to finish. The staff are warm, welcoming and very attentive. The massage was incredibly relaxing, Elena kept checking I was comfortable and that the pressure was OK. There is a complementary spa and stream room also which is a nice touch. Herbal teas available after the massage. Would highly recommend for a 5 star experience.
