A conservatory opens to the enclosed garden, where a patio and seating make the most of warmer weather. Parking for three cars sits on the property, along with bike storage.
The location sits within a five-minute walk of a gastropub, fish and chip shop and coffee house, with buses running frequently to Reading town centre. For longer journeys, the railway station is nearby with direct services to London in around 25 minutes. The Kennet Valley and surrounding countryside are accessible on foot or by car.
