About The Palmerston Rooms
Romsey's compact town centre is easy to reach on foot from The Palmerston Rooms, a B&B set on Palmerston Street among Hampshire's mix of local pubs, restaurants and shops. It makes a practical base for exploring the area, with transport links close by for those heading further afield, and golf and fishing on hand for guests who want to fill a day outdoors.
Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available for those travelling with children, and each comes with drinks provided. Breakfast is included, and a packed lunch can be arranged for early starts or day trips. Guests can make use of the garden and outdoor seating to relax away from the street, while 24 hour reception, room service and a laundry service take care of the practical side of a stay. Free WiFi and luggage storage are also provided.
Evenings are simple to plan, with pubs, bars and restaurants nearby and entertainment on offer around the town. It's a straightforward, well-placed option for anyone wanting to stay right in Romsey rather than on its outskirts.
