About Glewstone Court Country House Hotel
Out among the orchards and lanes of Glewstone, with the Wye Valley folding away into the Herefordshire countryside beyond, Glewstone Court Country House Hotel makes the most of a genuinely rural setting just outside Ross-on-Wye. It's a small hotel with only 8 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, so the feel throughout is more house party than hotel corridor.
Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar serving food to residents and passing diners alike, along with a garden to sit out in when the weather allows. The hotel also has meeting rooms and hosts weddings, and offers drinks to rooms, a laundry service and 24 hour reception. Free on-site parking is provided, and pets are welcome.
The surrounding area suits walkers and cyclists, with fishing, golf and watersports all within reach, plus further pubs and restaurants nearby for anyone wanting to explore beyond the hotel's own kitchen. It's a straightforward base for a few days spent in and around the Wye Valley.
