We stayed here while exploring Penzance and the surrounding coastline, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with recommendations for places to visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the seafront, local restaurants, and beautiful walks. After a full day of exploring Cornwall, it was a lovely place to come back to and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Penzance.

The park was beautiful, the area was stunning. We stayed in a dog friendly static But it smells of wet. Dog at times which was disappointing. We did speak to the management team but they never got back to us.we left early only because of this. The area was stunning the beach was very close and a beach bar was an added bonus.

Beautiful and well kept park. Very peaceful with a cafe, pool, bar, and some vans/lodges with hot tubs. Sandy beach around 10 minute stroll away. Helston about 10 minutes in the car. Very conveniently placed. Would recommend for anyone, families, families with dogs or couples loads for everyone.

Generally the location was great, staff were friendly and helpful . Very close to the beach ,and swimming pool included in stay. Only slight negative was that on the day of arrival, we came in to find we had no gas, Having spoke with the out of hours service ,there was some uncertainty if we would be moving to a different unit or not ,so we didn't want to unpack fully. It wasn't until the next morning we learnt that we could have used the leasure shower facilities,communicated in an email . We did receive a partial refund for this , but felt I had to mention this in the review
