Spilstead Barn

Spilstead Barn is a barn conversion with everything you need for a self-catering break. The ground floor is open plan, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas under the original exposed beams. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or manage without. Heating is underfloor downstairs, and essentials like bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

Upstairs, a landing with a reading corner leads to two bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Outside, the private enclosed garden has a patio, decking and garden furniture. The barn sits on a working 22-acre farming estate with stables visible from the front door. A half-mile walk through paddocks and past an old vineyard reaches a secluded private lake on the grounds, with a picnic table and small rowing boat. There is parking for two cars on site and an electric vehicle charging point. No smoking indoors. One pet is welcome.
