Dragon Pad

Dragon Pad is a three-storey apartment in Tunbridge Wells, divided across a living floor, a bedroom on the floor above, and a second bedroom on the top. It sleeps six: two double beds upstairs, and a sofa bed in the living room downstairs. A single bathroom serves the property.

The ground floor holds the kitchen, which has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine—everything needed to cook properly. The living room contains a smart TV with Netflix, a sofa bed, and a desk with natural light. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom includes a bath, a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail. Upstairs, both bedrooms have double beds and blackout blinds. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included; there is a welcome pack on arrival. A travel cot is available if needed.

The apartment is within a mile of a pub. There is a public car park nearby at £7 per day. No smoking is permitted. Guests arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00.
