Orchard Loft is a single open-plan space on the first floor, built as a loft above a utility room. Walk in and the living, dining and kitchen areas unfold as one room, with a king bedroom and shower room branching off. The kitchen is properly equipped—induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment—so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are included, and you have bed linen and towels ready for you.

Outside, the property opens onto a raised gated balcony with table and chairs, and there is further sitting space and a barbecue on the grounds themselves. The site has parking for one car and a bike store. Dogs are welcome at no extra cost and can come with you on the miles of paths and bridleways radiating across the surrounding countryside. The loft sits on a working farm near Belton village in Rutland; a 15-minute walk gets you to a local pub, and the market towns of Oakham and Uppingham are a short drive away. No smoking indoors.
