What visitors say
My favourite cinema in the UK, I really do love a Vue cinema. The chairs are so much more comfortable than other cinemas. The new Ultra Lux seats are great :)

Seats lovely and comfy as always. Staff could be more helpful and friendly. Coffee was awful. Our film start time was 5:05pm and we were waiting outside at 5.04pm for cleaning to be finished. Not the cleaners fault imo, the amount of rubbish they cleared up was mind boggling. Why isnt there any bins outside the cinema doors? People leave the film and go straight to the toilets, yet the bins are in the foyer were snacks and drinks are purchased. Makes no sense

Had a great day going to watch the Minecraft movie at Vue cinema, Salford. Plenty of space in the car park on the ground floor and easy access to the cinema. Staff were friendly and courteous. The seats were comfortable too! Overall a great afternoon.

Wanted to see a movie at 10:45 last night. Arrive at the Lowry to all the doors locked and spend 20 mins trying to find a way in. Once I’m finally in I’m told the till is closed and I cant book tickets (I didn’t book online because I had a gift card and they can only be used in person - maybe the dumbest rule of all time). Time completely wasted and night ruined, shocking that there aren’t measures in place for this as based on other reviews this seems to be a pretty common occurrence. Odeon better.
