Location was brilliant as attended a show at The Lowry. Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Staff, all friendly, especially caitlin on arrival who checked us in and made us feel welcomed. She was lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of choice. Only negative which didn't affect us was the windows were a bit dirty. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay. Rooms are good, could have a plug in receptacle in the bathroom. Hairdryer is included. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is included lot's of options. Most definitely will stay here again. Thank you Sam from the front desk for your warm welcome.

This is a hotel of 2 halves. You either have the good luck to have a view over the water or the bad luck to have a view of the car park. We were really unlucky to be on the first floor just above the entrance so had to listen to everyone coming and going and deliveries at 6.50am. Breakfast was good, better than most HI Expresses, staff were really nice and helpful, room was typical for HI and clean. Location is good with easy access to the metro.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! An amazing experience at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us with any requests. They greeted us with such happiness at every encounter. The service was honestly second to none. The location is great, amazing views, lovely places to walk, close to so many amenities. The room was thoroughly clean, they even offered complimentary items if we had forgotten them. The breakfast was extraordinary! Tasted so good! And the pancake maker- what a great touch! Shout out to the staff working on the evening of 08/02/2026 and mornin of 09/02/2026. Did not manage to get any names but you was all wonderful!
