We, as a party of 4 went for Sunday dinner (3rd May 2026) We have eaten here before as part of a bigger booking and not enjoyed the food but our friends suggested it and thought we'd give it another go as the staff/kitchen may have been overwhelmed when we went as part of bigger group. Unfortunately my original views remain the same. The starter was not up to standard, the pate tasted better from sainsburys and the accompanying chutney did not go well in flavour. The main course of park was barely seasoned and tough, the yorkshire pudding was also dry and tough and cold. I expect the meals had been reheated and were not fresh. The bass from the music playing from the bar below made the floor vibrate. We were charged £149 for a party of four. There are far nicer and more reasonable places to enjoy Sunday dinner.

Mother’s Day meal - welcome drink and a daffodil posy on arrival. Have been here for the Sunday lunch before and would highly recommend but today they really put their hearts into making it an occasion and succeeded. There were some impressive young people working there today too - well done to the whole team - the beef was amazing 🙂

Booked an evening meal on Thursday night. Looked after by Richard...he was very attentive and friendly. Lovely food and will definitely book again.

We dined at Reflections at The Crescent Hotel for Sunday lunch, on the recommendation of our local hosts. The service was incredible and everyone that helped us was lovely. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before going through to the dining room for our three course meal. The menu featured many great options, including vegan, and the food was delicious. The roast dinners were a real treat with delicious veggies. It was wonderful experience, and great value for money. Would highly recommend!
