Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with a woodburner and Smart TV, a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, a bedroom with beds that zip together to make a super-king or stay as separate singles, and a walk-in shower room. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, and the woodburner's initial fuel is already there.

Outside you get an enclosed garden with BBQ and seating, a four-person private hot tub, space for two cars, and a bike store. The setting is remote enough that switching off properly becomes possible. The farm sits in the Scottish Borders, a region of rolling countryside useful for walking or cycling if you decide to venture out. The water supply comes from a natural spring. No smoking inside.
