Tweedford Cottage

Tweedford Cottage is a single-storey property on Drumelzier Place Farm in the Scottish Borders, between Peebles and Biggar. The whole place is yours alone. Everything unfolds on the ground floor: a combined living and dining area with a woodburner and views across the grounds, a separate utility room with washing machine, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles—served by a bathroom with both bath and shower.

The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, making it straightforward to cook for the group. Heating comes from ground source underfloor heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, and the first load of wood for the burner is included. Parking for three cars sits on the property, and there's an electric vehicle charging point if you need it.

Outside, the enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue. A bike store is available, and one pet stays free. The cottage is roughly 40 minutes from Edinburgh, making it a quiet base for exploring the Borders or venturing further afield. No smoking indoors. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request.
