What visitors say
Went last Tuesday. Found cleaning chemicals just left about unintended and the staff who finally came up to me at the main desk was completely surprised to the fact. Also, when my friend couldn't use the ticket machine and went up to the staff, they just tutted and said "Its not even my job" getting annoyed as well with my friend and just overall being mean. Saying there busy, which is a bold lie, been there for a couple of hours and all they did in that time was chat at the bar with other staff. Just a disgusting member of staff, everyone else was fine.

Good atmosphere - perfect for family weekend. And very nice music inside bowling area.

Staff were extremely rude and hostile towards us. Especially when trying to book bowling they tried to unbook us for a group of younger people. Agesim in this day and age shouldn’t be allowed. Absolutely horrible staff who treated us appalling. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend. Toilets were disgusting and food was raw and we found hair in it.

We took our little girl roller skating, but she struggled due to her age, probably too soon for her. The lovely young lass behind the desk caught us as we were leaving and offered us bowling instead which she enjoyed more. Good customer service- Thank you
