What visitors say

Free easy parking Welcoming reception area checked in and pointed to skate collection area we were early so no queues. Plenty of arena seating and tables. Vending machine for cold drinks at arena side or there's a cafe/coffee shop up the stairs. Toilets are also on the upper level. £10 skate session with skate hire I thought was reasonably priced.I booked via the everyone active app but I'm sure you can call the centre up and book that way. Modern clean arena.

Flawed system for tracking your child's progress especially when they move up into a new group for lessons, staff treat you as inconvenience, when you quiz them about this, and there has also been instances of bullying by another child while in lessons. When you try to speak to someone about this you cant get through to anyone on the phones. Appalling service for the money and time spent in what should be a great institution for young kids to come and do what they love.

Nice ice rink, I've been here several times, as my son plays ice hockey. I do find it warm in there when watching the games, it's so nice sitting in a warm ice rink, especially as the majority of them are freezing. I know it's an ice rink, but you do appreciate a warm one, when watching a game.
