Brilliant. Staff are very attentive and have a great care for the small detail as well as getting the basics right. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. Some say its hard to go wrong with a Premier Inn, but this was a class apart from its neighbour only 2 miles away at Meadowhall.

We stayed here when coming to an event at the Utilita Arena. Hotel was lovely, spacious & clean. Could have done with another towel but that's literally the only slight I can say. Breakfast was good, a buffet style. Food was hot & there was plenty of choice. Location was perfect, a 5 min walk to the Centertainment area. Parking is orivate through Horizon at £3 per day, payable when you check in on a seperate machine. Would absolutely book to stay here again.

It doesn't look great when you turn up. Cramped car park (drive round the back for more spaces) people smoking outside front door, front door handle broken and you check in at the bar. Additional parking charge. However....staff always friendly and the premier plus rooms are 100% spot on, quiet and exceptionally clean so if you can get them at a decent price I recommend this hotel.
