What visitors say
Prices are different online vs on the screens. When you pay at the venue the prices are not the same as either which makes no sense. Then the compulsory socks are even more money. They should come in the cost for the ticket if they are mandatory. The “ninjas eat free” is only online and if you buy a certain amount of tickets, rather than just everyone with a ticket eats for free. All in all really disappointed how the “add-ons” made it a very expensive ticket for only one child. That would be fine if we didn’t feel tricked. The experience seemed to be good once in. Probably won’t come again because of everything else. It felt like a shakedown.

Fantastic place for the kids. We bought 16 kids from our grassroots football team for a Christmas treat. The staff were so helpful especially the lady on the front desk Meg who was chatty and had a laugh even though I did make her jump haha. Thanks Meg. Thanks Ninja staff. We will be back.

We attended a private hire session specifically for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), but our experience was incredibly upsetting. My child is non-speaking and has sensory processing difficulties. They would not tolerate wearing the required grip socks. As soon as they entered the inflatable area, staff stopped them. I explained their disability and sensory needs, but was simply told that the rules had to be followed. Trying to remove my child triggered a severe meltdown. They became extremely distressed, crying, screaming, dropping to the floor and running away because they didn't understand what was happening. Instead of feeling supported, one member of staff continued following us while we tried to calm our child, which only added to an already overwhelming situation. We tried again to put the socks on, but due to my child's sensory needs it wasn't possible. Although another staff member was more empathetic, the outcome was the same. We had to carry our distressed child out and leave after less than 20 minutes. No refund or reimbursement was offered. The biggest disappointment was that this was advertised as an SEN session. We had travelled to Sheffield specifically for it with our young baby, only for the day to end in tears and a very difficult journey home. I understand that health and safety rules exist and I'm not asking for them to be ignored. However, if you advertise sessions for children with SEN, families should expect staff to have the understanding, empathy and support needed when difficulties arise. Sadly, that wasn't our experience. I would not recommend this venue to families of children with significant sensory needs or who cannot tolerate grip socks, as our experience was far from the inclusive environment we were expecting.

Amazing half term fun!! I took my 6 and 8 year old and we had the best time! 90 minutes was perfect although they still didn’t want to leave but I was exhausted by then 😂 there were a few things that were too high for them but loads they could go on, we all loved the bouncy bits! A big thank you to Emily who was working 20/02/26 at 5pm she is a credit to the company! Also a guy who I didn’t get the name of but mid twenties, attractive and short kind of twists in his hair - he was fantastic with the kids! The souvenirs are also really reasonably priced and water cheaper than Tesco 😁 We will be back!!!
