Barrio Shoreditch

Booked on First Table as a last minute booking on a Sunday night. I’m aware it’s not a renowned eatery but I didn’t think you could go that wrong with taco’s…I was wrong. 1) The taco’s are wheat taco’s (not disclosed anywhere) - not made from masa, just smaller versions of a Tesco wrap. 2) They came cold and with a slice of some American, processed cheese - what?? 3) The dirty fries were also cold and soggy and not so dirty - think 2tbsp of meat and no flavour 4) The cutlery and plates (metal trays) were dirty plus the Cholua looked like it had been sitting outside for 3 months 5) Saving the best until last, we both had Diarrhoea in the morning. Our server was nice and there are screens to watch the football but I won’t be returning. Despite having paid half the usual price, it still felt poor value for money, considering how quickly the tacos left our bodies. Come here if you want a colon cleanse.

Lovely brunch for a hen do. Menu needs an update as they don’t offer hugo sprintz anymore. Entertainment was amazing. Drag queens were epic.

Genuinely the best bottomless brunch we've ever been to. Service was perfect, they brought us over a bottle of prosecco and they actually left the bottle with us - as opposed to other places where they only top up your glass and then you spend the whole time trying to get their attention. Im vegetarian and they brought out delicious tacos and nachos - sooo good!!! They also offer you a jug of either a cocktail or sangria, on top of the unlimited prosecco!! Finally, the entertainment was amazing. Minx is an amazing host, so much energy and fun!!! They did musical bingo which offered prizes, and they also got some people dancing on the stage too. Such a fun atmosphere!!! Also great RnB and reggaeton music. Genuinely loved it Also the place is so nice decorated, so colourful and vibrant. We'll definitely be back!!!
