What diners say
This is my first time to London. I’m here on business. I didn’t book the room. It was provided through my organization. The room itself was spacious and well appointed. As others have mentioned my room had a nook overhanging the hotel with floor to ceiling windows. Definitely my favorite spot in the room for people watching and reading. I also was a big fan of the sparkling water dispenser near the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. The downstairs bar has a lovely atmosphere and the drink I had was delicious and the bartenders were super friendly. I didn’t get a chance to make it to the roof bar, it was closed for a private party. The service is outstanding. Everybody I dealt with was extremely friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond. I was standing at the front desk with an obvious takeout container, and the young woman behind the counter offered without prompting if I would like cutlery to bring to my room for my food. Anticipating guest needs is a skill that is quietly disappearing in the service industry. If I ever make it back to London I will definitely make an effort to book a room here.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is very cool and has a unique design and aesthetic. Has a coffee shop, sushi restaurant, and rooftop. I wish we got to try more of the dining options but had most meals already planned. Best features of the hotel was the staff! They were so friendly and went out of their way to meet requests. As I was checking out of my room at 5 AM, the concierge stopped what he was doing to help me carry my suitcases down the stairs in the rain! I was so touched by the friendly gesture. Some other things to note. They had a still and sparkling water refill station on each floor. LOVED this and more hotels need it. There was security in the lobby. This made me feel very safe as many people use it to coworker etc. * ONLY thing that needs improvement are the pillows. They offered feather and memory foam but both were pretty horrible. And the room service tray fee seemed unnecessary especially since it was delivered in a bag. Other than that, I would stay at One hundred in a heartbeat for my next stay in London.

Really nice hotel in a great East London location. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds. One downside is that the windows are fixed shut, making it impossible to get any fresh air into the room. The “optional” nightly service charge added to the bill at checkout also left a sour note. This felt particularly unnecessary given the self-check-in process and the fact that we had very little interaction with staff during our stay. Overall, a good hotel, but the service charge was disappointing.

I stayed here for the night of a business trip and the hotel and room was great. The room was spacious, with a long sofa to lounge on, very comfy bed, hot shower, dangerously good mini bar selection and good WiFi. I used the basement gym which is small but has everything you need for a short workout. Much better than a standard hotel. Staff were friendly. The only downsides: - There was a noisy event on the rooftop (7th floor). It was a Thursday night and I could hear it from my room on the 5th. It was bearable but would've been bad on 6th. I feel like this type of thing should be communicated when booking and it really means the hotel is better for holidays/fun than business. - The room was £300/night and breakfast isn't included! - When checking out they wanted to charge a service fee that they didn't let me know was optional until I questioned it. I find this extremely cheeky, especially given my night's sleep was actually disturbed by noise. - The lobby was busy all the time with people working on laptops. Didn't bother me, but unusual for a hotel.
