The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; heating and hot water are included, along with wi-fi, bed linen and towels. On-site parking allows for three cars. The property has ramp access at ground level.

The enclosed grounds and courtyard make it suitable for families with children. Smoking is not permitted inside. Travel cots and highchairs can be arranged if needed for younger guests.
